The Ark Tea Party 2012!

A very happy new year to everyone!

It's another year again, and this year's sessions will be kicked (read: whomped) off with our annual Tea Party to welcome the Squeerels to The Ark. Not only is the Tea Party for us to have fun and to introduce our stuffed friends to one another, but it is also to officiallyofficially introduce The Ark to the post-confirmands.

Tea Party this year will be held on 7th January 2012, and the squeerels will be arriving at 330pm. It should end by 6pm. As for the seniors, we will need you to meet in church, on level 3 of the catechism block at 2pm.

Don't forget, since it's a Tea Party, you have (well, not really have, but then it'll be no fun..) to bring your soft toy(s) with you! Not too many though, as limited seats are available (for the soft toys, that is).

Ark Tea Party (Boofday 2012)

This is to invite you to our first official session of 2012! Entry is strictly by soft-toy! not sure what this means? Ask your seniors.:)

Christmas Recollection 2011

730pm 24th December 2011 to 10am 25th December 2011 @ IHM Retreat House.
Cost: $10 ($5 love offering for use of retreat house. $5 for food.)

If you have family thingie, family thingie is more important.
Squee-rels, you definitely need consent forms if you want to come and especially if you want to stay beyond 1130pm. 1130pm is the cutoff time for those without permission to stay over. OR THOSE UNDER 18 WITHOUT CONSENT FORMS!

If any of your parents say no, don't worry, there are many more opportunities to hang out in the near future. We promise...

Bring:
Prayer Journal (totally necessary) Sleeping Bag (totally necessary) Extra food and snacks... :) Comfortable clothing to change into.

Venue Sessions will be in IHM Catechism Block Prayer Hall A/B, Sleeping in Level 3 Classrooms (bring sleeping bags/blankets etc), Service project along Orchard Road.

Service Project Collaboration with RCIA to bring elderly folks on wheelchairs for some CHRISTMAS cheer. All to wear RED top and shoes. Leaving IHM @4pm sharp via public transport so please bring your ez-link cards. Service project expected to end at around 9pm, so we should be back at IHM by 10/1030pm.

Essentials Rosary, bible, journal, stationery (writing materials like coloured pens, crayons, markers etc), mass attire (no slippers & berms), a RED T-shirt for service project, EZ-link card, enough clothes & personal toiletries, sleeping bag/blanket (optional)

Consent Form Please click here to download the form, show it to your parents, stick the top half on the fridge, get the bottom half signed, bring it to camp tmr with $40. For those without printers, - Option 1: Handwrite the acknowledgement part on A4 paper and get your parents to sign. Must have their name, contact number & relationship - Option 2: Post on FB and wait for a kind soul who stays near you to print it out for you to collect by today. :)
